Our operations team will be working diligently with our state and local housing agencies to properly serve the below targeted demographics in the near future:
Senior Care Shared Housing
Many seniors these days are elder, on fixed incomes and in need of low-income and low-cost housing. We will provide housing for the elderly and seniors with or without any disabilities in a congregate home living environment! We will have properties that are specifically designed and managed to ensure our elders and seniors are receiving the love and customized care they deserve while enjoying activities and socializing with other residents as they desire.
Youth Aging Out of Foster Care
We will we work with local and state foster care advocates to stand up a housing program to address the dire need of providing housing for youth aging out of foster care.
Disabled Veterans and Returning Veteran Housing
We will provide residential shared homes for Veterans of the armed forces throughout the local area. We will work directly with the VA and all affiliations of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines to ensure that our servicemen and women are provided with quality and safe housing.
Special Needs Housing
Our residential care homes will cater to individuals with particular needs. Including but not limited to:
- Shared and Residential Care Homes for Autistic people
- Shared and Residential Care Homes for the blind
- Shared and Residential Care Homes for the deaf
But we won’t stop there!! As stated above, we are committed to preventing and ending homelessness and will continue to work with the state and local organizations to ensure other shelters and homes are opened and available to meet the needs of our community.
