Our Mission is to help improve the quality of life of those in need by providing safe, clean, and supportive living environments tailored to the needs of our resident guests through our shared living/second chance housing and personal development assistance!
Our Purpose is to help prevent and end homelessness and address the affordable housing crisis.
Our homes are centered around respect, empathy, spiritual well-being, self & guided learning and pride of ownership, and we are committed to helping refresh, restore and revitalize our resident guests and our community.
We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our resident guests better their lives.
Our goal is simply to improve the lives of our resident guests and communities.
Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our resident guests must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local/state government and non-profit entities in order to best meet the needs of our residents and community.
Unlike most providers that have a checklist of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach and aim to provide housing quickly.
Most of our resident guests typically originate via a shared referral source. Often this could be a case worker, social worker or even a family member. Doing so allows us to better understand the needs of our potential resident guests and therefore decide on the home that will best accommodate their needs.
Through Phase 1 of our program, we provide short- and long-term second chance housing to a wide variety of individuals 18 years of age and older. Some of these include, but are not limited to:
Are you, a client, or a loved one in need of second chance housing and do not fall within one of the above populations? Please contact us today to discuss your needs and to determine if we can accommodate you!
Note: Individuals with minimal health issues or impairments must be fully independent with no assistance required for everyday live.
